The Rise of Virtual Design and Construction

Welcome to 3sixT, where construction concepts are transform into advanced digital realities. Our philosophy is to build virtually first, ensuring efficiency and precision in each project. We specialize in virtual solutions adapted to construction projects.

We are 3sixT

Discover how 3sixT has revolutionized construction since its founding in Guatemala in 2017 and its expansion to Dubai in 2023, committed to comprehensive solutions and exceptional services.

Products & Services

We are specialized in 5 core areas that are shaping the future of construction.

Information modeling and manufacturing

Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows you to create detailed digital representations of buildings and their components. In this aspect, BIM modeling of disciplines involves integrating different specialties (such as architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering) into a unified model. BIM modeling for manufacturing refers to the creation of detailed BIM models that include information specific to component manufacturing, which is especially useful in modular construction projects (FORMWORK) or those that use prefabrication.

Scan to BIM of all disciplines

This technique involves the use of 3D laser scanning to capture the physical and spatial geometry of an existing building or construction site. This information is then converted into an accurate BIM model. It is especially useful for the renovation, restoration or extension of existing buildings, as it allows professionals to accurately capture the current condition of the structure and work on it digitally.

Scanning and virtual tours for project management

These technologies allow project managers and construction teams to view and review construction progress remotely and in detail. 3D scans can be used to create virtual tours of a construction site, allowing teams to review progress, identify problems and track changes without having to physically be on site. These virtual tours can be a valuable tool for communication between different project stakeholders and for documenting construction progress.

Computer aided design (CAD)

Leveraging the power of 3D CAD technologies, we revolutionize design and technical documentation, leaving behind the era of manual drawing.

Rendering

Using cutting-edge rendering techniques, we transform designs into photorealistic representations.

Business Growth Strategy

In September 2021, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been actively pursuing a comprehensive digitalization strategy in the construction industry. This strategy is part of the UAE’s broader initiatives to modernize various sectors and enhance its global competitiveness. Please note that there may have been developments beyond my last update.

The UAE’s digitalization strategy for the construction sector focuses on several key areas, which will provide the platform for successful operation and further development for 3sixT VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTIONS.

BIM is a central component of the digitalization strategy. The UAE has been encouraging the adoption of BIM across projects to enable collaborative planning, design, construction, and operation of buildings and infrastructure. BIM allows for the creation of detailed digital representations of physical assets, leading to better coordination, reduced errors, and improved project outcomes.

The UAE envisions smart cities and infrastructure that are interconnected and optimized through digital technologies. This includes integrating sensors, data analytics, and IoT (Internet of Things) devices to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and the quality of life for residents and visitors.

The concept of digital twins involves creating virtual replicas of physical assets, which can be continuously monitored, analyzed, and optimized. This technology is particularly valuable in complex construction projects and urban planning, enabling real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Digitalization involves generating vast amounts of data from various sources. The UAE’s strategy includes data management and analytics to extract valuable insights from this data. This can lead to informed decision-making, risk mitigation, and improved project management.

The UAE aims to facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies. Digital platforms allow for real-time sharing of information, reducing delays and improving communication.

To ensure a coherent and effective digitalization strategy, the UAE is working on establishing standardized protocols and regulations related to digital technologies in construction. This helps streamline processes, ensure interoperability, and maintain data security.

A successful digitalization strategy requires a skilled workforce capable of leveraging advanced technologies. The UAE has been investing in training and capacity-building programs to equip professionals in the construction sector with the necessary skills.
