Founded in 2017 in Guatemala City, 3sixT S.A. was established to meet the growing demand for innovative design solutions and smart, integrated problem-solving in the construction industries of the United States and Latin America. In 2023, we expanded internationally with the launch of 3sixT Virtual Con-FZCO, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, to support the Middle East’s ambitious push toward digitalization and sustainable construction practices.

The name 3sixT embodies our commitment to providing a complete 360-degree perspective on every project. Our holistic approach ensures that each phase—from concept to execution—is meticulously designed, coordinated, and optimized for quality and impact.
